A Shift Lead is responsible for managing one of the working shifts. Shift leads are responsible for completing the duties of a Baker as well as maintaining store operations. Additionally, their duties revolve around direct reports to the general manager. A direct report provides and demonstrates task instructions, manages attendance, and measures key performance indicators. You should keep records and produce reports that will help to review the team’s performance.

Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
